So, I think I have an allergy to milk products. Even lactose free whey proteins give me insane bloat and gas (I almost have a distended gut look).
Obviously food is always the ideal protein source. But, shakes me a difference and help me throughout the day. I used to use Carnivore a lot, but I honestly can't handle the taste anymore. Pea protein seems to be total crap.... What have you guys used?
