Favorite fats

What’s up guys trying to work off my covid fat gains lol and figured I’d start with a keto diet , proteins is an easy one to cover obviously but what are some of your favorite high fat foods to eat to help fill in your macros on keto , thanks !
 
Avocado, olive oil, butter, some cheese, high fat dressings, bulletproof coffee, macadamia nuts in moderation

Fatty cuts of beef, chicken thighs, eggs, sardines, herring, tuna in oil

Keto diet is the easiest thing in the world but I’d warn you to not create a bad relationship with food. Don’t consider carbs the devil or it can lead to really unhealthy eating habits.
 
I make guacamole with an avocado with some free fat greek yogurth lime and salt, half avocado for me is equivalent to a tbspn of olive oil, that i use a lot.. Roasted and salted cashews... 100% Almond butter... i try to avoid saturated fats... Roasted bbq flavoured almonds... 100% Nut butter with cocoa, sucralose and soya choco milk... and yeah i m agree with @Gbro , ass and titties the best source , very g2g ( •)( •)

Need to add tomato, jalapeño, onion and cilantro to that guacamole bro. Live a little. Lol
 
My wife made me awesome easy keto pancakes when I was doing keto. 8eggs, 1 stick of cream cheese, lots of zero calorie sweetener, vanilla extract, and blueberry isolate. Just mix it all up until it’s liquid and cook like pancakes.

I’m not on keto but I like my good fats: #1 would be avocado, followed by raw egg yolks (cooking degrades the vitamins/minerals and changes the cholesterol/fat), fish oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, coconut oil, safflower oil etc. The avocado, egg yolks and fish/flaxseed oil boost my libido and give me harder boners cause I’m guessing there’s more raw material for the body to make roids.

That’s exactly how I eat my avocado, I mash it then add pico salsa I make and add regular chili peppers or habanero for a little spice. Way better than the guacamole from a place like chipotle.
