Fatigue is a side many if not all experience on a run, from what I've read. How do you personally combat fatigue issues?
Read shooting before bed helps
Limited carbs to start the am ?
I understand increasing .5 iu every week helps the body adapt. Any other suggestions appreciated Thxs..
Edit-any difference in the levels of fatigue when comparing generic to pharm?

No issues with fatigue here. Been running HGH since October. I was taking it right before my afternoon workout, but recently switch to before bed, mainly due to my age. It does seem to help somewhat with sleep.

Interesting, I'm under the impression that it can be a real bitch for some guys. Out of all the sides that's the one I really have a tough time with mentally & physically

I've been doing 3 iu's a day of pharma grade since October and personally haven't had any issues, other than some CTS when I went up to 4 iu's. Backed off to 3 and all was good.

From my experiences ranging many years of GH use, typically the fatigue is related to when you first start. It should go away within a couple weeks. I have found T4 does help combat the fatigue during this time period, and aids with faster fat loss (Dr. Jim has in the past pointed out there is no use for T4 when running GH, and while I greatly respect him, it seems to help me so I keep using it).

Also taking GH before bed seems to be the sweet spot for me. I do not eat after 7pm and usually take it around 10pm. I take it year round blast and cruise style, 2iu on the cruise, 4iu on the blast. Occasionally when I kick it up a notch I will notice minor fatigue, and when I go over 5iu, my joints feel like I'm 90 years old. My advice, start out low and taper up.

Have Fun;)

How are you dosing your T4. I have some on hand, but when I read Dr Jim's post advising against it, it has been sitting on standby.

Cycle it.. I only run the T4 when I am blasting 4iu. I will go 8 months on blast (4iu) and then 4 months on cruise (2iu). When I go to cruise I stop the T4, let my body rest, then restart it when I blast again.

Thanks for the feedback. Going to give it a try.

I think the most important factor is duration of time it is used. An 8 month blast is the sweet spot for me,I have tried every possible method over the years, and this is what has worked very well. Good Luck

Also looked into this myself. I googled around some pub med articles about HGH and thyroid levels. I think some users may get a subclinical hypothyroisism in the 1-2 month mark. However, it seems to correct itself over time. I don't think it's enough to warrant T4 in terms of what a doctor would tell you. But, many guys on here like 100mcg T4 daily and have used it successfully. Long term, too much T4 is bad for your heart. But then again, seems like everything is bad!!! Be smart and use with caution. If you feel really beat up, always check thyroid labs. Good to get baseline labs before you start so you have something to compare to.

But I do like the idea this guy says about cycling the T4 when he blasts!!!!

As the are enumerable factors that can cause fatigue, of defining what you mean by fatique it might be worth checking an Hct, TSH and serum Glucose.

T4 will help the most. Also, yes, pin before bed. You will adapt after a few weeks.... Sometimes when it hits me hard I take a few green tea pills to give me a boost.

..... in addition to defining what you mean by fatigue it might be worth checking a Hct, TSH and Blood glucose.

The latter is best obtained when your feeling most fatigued IMO
