Fasted cardio whilst recomping?

Recomping currently on 400 Tren, 150 Test, 4iu GH EOD.

Just finished a cut where I was doing fasted cardio everyday but now I am recomping I wonder whether cardio may hinder this.

Obviously I want to take advantage of the HGH by exercising whilst fast but don’t want to get my calories too low so it becomes a cut rather than a recomp… if you see what I am saying?

Would it be worth maybe upping the calories a little and keeping the fasted cardio in on GH days?

All advice appreciated

I would do the fasted cardio days you pin hgh. See how that works for you... I wouldn’t worry about calories initially, do this for 2 weeks and see how you are doing. Ie weight, strength, etc.

How is the recomp going so far?

Keep us posted and let us know how it goes! Good luck my friend.

Only been doing it a couple weeks mate but ill defo update in here as I progress.

Makes a nice change actually not going on an all out bulk, no heavy breathing, no red face, no bloat… Almost like I’m cutting but with more food and strength in the gym. Feeling good right now

I'd up the calories definitely on training days, maybe on hgh days as well regardless of training. Could do additional 2iu on the usual off day along with Slight calorie deficit. See how that works out.

I suggest that you leave cardio on an empty stomach and control your condition. You may need to add the number of kcal and of course watch the dynamics.
