looks good to me....if you stick to that consistently during your cycle....you'll make great gains....remember to drink a ton of water...you should pee once an hour

yeah its annoying.... i drink distilled water by the gallons.... and i piss nonstop and shit like 5 times a day! lol
 
Looks good meat-wise. I use Optimum Nut. Whey-- best price. Although, it doesn't work for me during meals-- just post workout and before bed.
