Instead of wasting the $5 or so you purchase your bullshit food with, go to your local super market and pick up some oatmeal, tuna, wholemeal bread and some chicken.

The bad thing about fast food is generally the amount of sugars in their buns, and the amount of saturated fat in their meats. They're empty calories and I don't recommend using them to grow. Sure, you might make nice gains with it, but I guarantee that the BF % that comes with it would be substancially greater as opposed to a clean diet.

I'm still mind boggled as to why so many people are still eating fast food when it takes absolutely no time in making 3 tuna/chicken sandwiches.

You're not being brainwashed, it's you just being lazy bro. I'm sorry, but that's what it comes down to.

You shouldn't be drinking that bullshit mountain dew either. It's just sugar which is not going to benefit you and will just make you more bloated, meaning more time from then till your next meal. If you do have to eat takeout, drink water with it.

IF you guys have been living in a cave the last few years , you would relise that ALL , let me repeat that ALL fast food restraunts now have healty choices!

All have some form of grilled chicken sandwich or chicken salad ect. Its easier then EVER to eat healty from fast food.

I was watching some old old recorded tape of the simpsons and i ran into a burger king commerical from like the 90's and they were advertising buy 1 double cheese burger and king size fry and get a 2nd free . Thats the fast food of the old days.
If you look at all the commercials now there all trying to push healty alternitives.

So the bottem line if your eating like a pig its your own fault cause you DO have the choice.

MCdonalds isnt pushing a double quarter pounder in your mouth.

Or making you down that huge suger filled coke.

You know what does suck though is that Burger King or Mcd's will sell you there grilled chicken sandwich by itself for $4 or you can get a hole meal for $5.It makes it hard to justify.I'd rather go pick up a hole rotissery chicken from the local deli for $5/$6.Chick Fila does have good chicken sandwices for $2.50 and they come with wheat bread.Although there wheat bread is gross.

I dont know if he is bulking but it is nearly impossible to get 5000+ calories from tuna, and chicken sandwiches(or by eating completely clean)--- So for someone bulking--like myself-- I have a Wendys double cheese burger and a baked potato a few times weekly-- I go home and get a whole wheat bun to replace the buttery wendys bun though...

huh what are you talkin about , i can and DO eat clean and get 5000+ calories when bulking.

Lots of rice / Yams/ Steaks / chicken ( not just breasts) / ect i cook it all up in mass quanitys. I have lots of ways to eat clean while bulking and as a result ive had a harder apperiance , less fat and it becomes easier when i go to cut down .

I also dont feel like SHIT when im bulking like i did when i wasnt eating clean and just downing mcdonalds and what ever the hell i wanted.......

Its all about how much effort you want to put into it, since diet is 80% of the work i like to do it right.

I would like to see a schedule of your eating to consume 5K+ cals of clean food-- Consider some people have jobs and dont have their parents taking care of them(not saying you do, but there are alot of young guys on here)

well........ acually i run a restarunt so im around food all the time so i dont have a problem with the eating thing and the gym is right next door to me .

I guess thats why its easy for me .

I could see how it would be a bit harder having to pack meals to work/school ect..................

Zeo, you may not be living in a cave, but your head is sure in the sand. (that was pretty slick weren't it? LOL) There is NOTHING at a fast food restaurant that is healthy. You compare the nutritional values of real chicken breast on rye bread and that of a McD's grilled "chicken" breast sandwhich and tell me it's even close.

yea, "some" of You more then any of us know the Denny's menu line up. Its "Fit Fare" lunch specials are set up for the average Jo consumer who feels guilty about the giant bowl of Sugar Smacks they ate early that morning. Its not really set up for the balls out clean livin bulker who needs to hit his/her 4000 - 5000 cal per day limit.
Those of you out there who are suckling on the teet of the giant grease ball berger joints need to cut the cord and actually become intimately involved in your workouts by preparing your meals and feeding your bodies, not your id.

I love diet talk. I'm 198 right now (up around 8 pounds in 5 weeks) and I have 6-7 weeks left on my cycle of Prop/Enan/Deca. I hope to get to 210 by end of the cycle. I guess I will have to eat like a pig!

See the movie "Supersize It". The man lived on MacDonalds 3 meals a day. In 14 days he put on 17 lbs. In 22 days he was heart problems. Now mind you he ate everything on the menu(Part of the mission statement he put forth for the experiment). True you can order healthier these days if you avoid the fat/salt/no fiber traps offered as food to the public. Yeah its legal to help people kill them selves or just be unhealthy as long as you're backed by a big money making machine.
