a usa based guy he says its 200mg per ml and he used cotton seed oil just wondering if it looks like test maybe if anyone can i help i can send pics

It's impossible to tell by looking at the oil? How could anyone do that? You could tell us the brand and show a pic of the labeling and see if anyone has used the lab before.
Also, you don't happen to the person distributing this stuff. Your board handle being the same name in the email you posted is kind of strange? Are you pushing this source. Did you come to this board to try and get exposure?

In general test takes the color of the carrier oil. Test ent in grapeseed will have that greenish color and cotton seed clear.
