Extrem Reta overreaction

I was maybe 20lbs overweight when I started reta and 2.5mg/week had me puking if I ate more than a bite or two of food. Oddly at night I was able to eat a couple small meals, and drinking coke/ginger ale made my tummy feel better. If you're not a big fatso I really don't think you need much of this stuff to start.
But yea I got a concerning amount of vomiting for what I assumed would be a lower dose based on some of the "medical literature". I went through a couple vials before having to increase my weekly dose passed 2.5.
 
Great job figuring out how to keep things down. It wasn’t nearly as rough for me.

I have to ask, do you want to eat 1300 calories or are you finding it impossible to eat more? Just seems so low I wonder how you can function. Lowest I can go on a deep cut is 1900 or so.
I've always been good at being hungry, but reta has made it difficult to eat- especially foods that need lots of chewing. I am intentionally keeping it to 1,300 calories to knock off about 8 pounds before starting test. I started HGH a little over a week ago, and I'm not sure if I am correct in this theory, but the HGH induced lipolysis may be supplying me with more energy than usual from my fat stores.

I was feeling a little slow when just using reta, but after adding HGH my energy increased. Morning fasted cardio blows past fast like it ain't no thing.

Excited to see what adding test does after I lose the last bits of tiddy fat.

Maybe this is why i keep farting..
Perhaps slow digesting food + slower digestion of GLP's don't work so well togther..?
Use a substantial fiber suppliment.

This is what I am using:


25-30 grams of that each evening keeps things moving through me to empty in the morning, and I'm comfortable all day.

Makes sense. Getting some energy from fat stores is one reason. Another one could be sleep. Most people report improved sleep in HGH.

Once you do start test, what dose are you thinking? Will this be your first time?

This is my first time using any pharmacology to try and improve performance. Started with just HGH so I can sort out any side effects from that before adding other things.

Next is test. I'll run whatever amount gets my total test to about 1,500. Stay there for a while and try to maximize any gains to be had at low doses before going up. Eventually I'll "blast" a bit and see what I can get out of it and go from there.

You started with the wrong one. GH is subtle. Nothing subtle about supraphysiologic Test lol

I'm not trying for supraphysiological right now. Just checking it out and seeing how I tolerate it. I have about 8 pounds of fat I want to lose before starting test, otherwise I probably would have started it already. I want to start as lean as I can get, give myself a long runway for a calorie surplus, and hopefully keep estrogen at a good level.

So it’s a good idea to be at a “healthier” bf% before starting anything. Good call shedding some weight first.

If you do indeed decide to try test, the standard first cycle is Test E @ 500mg per week. This is well documented so I’m not going to post 5 paragraphs about this here. Just use the search function and you will find all the info you’d ever need.

If there are any question I’d suggest starting a new thread about it. That way you would get the answers you need about “my first cycle”.
 
I really never felt any true hunger suppression on Reta, even at 8mg.

I also ran 5mg Reta and didn't notice the hunger suppression from it.

Which is a big no-no for me because I cut at 1,500-1,800kcal and have a massive natural appetite.

2.5mg Sema/10mg Tirz worked better for me, but maybe I needed higher dosage on the Reta.

run your retrarutride higher.

its more expensive but its really not that expensive + you'll start getting gcgr effects
