Hello gents, i'm (finally) done with my DNP cut and am going to share my experience on here.
Compound:
400mg DNP daily
100mg test e e3d (233mg a week)
5ius hgh daily
0.6mg semaglutide e4d
+ some other natty supplements, but nothing special
So, i startet with 400mg DNP and did not frontload, the first couple of days it was actually pretty comfortable to be warm, but at about day 5 i was starting to sweat my balls off in a cold room with a tshirt on. What made it even worse was that the cravings overpowered the sema and i still ate ~250g carbs daily. After about a week i got kind of used to the heat and it was easily manageable. In the gym i kept my strength, literally didnt get weaker at all. In the end i lost about 12lbs (5-6kg) of pure fat , honestly expected more, but i was eating 3000+calories daily at 172cm 69-75kg.
The fatigue was not that bad, easily doable with a coffee.
Advice if you plan to run it:
-Titrate your glp1 up to a very high dose before starting
-Have a antihistamine ready in case you get a rash
-Dont worry, youre not gonna die.. dont even get how people die from a single dose of 2 grams, its really not that dangerous
-Also just know that all bodily fluids will be super yellow, piss,cum and sweat look like yellow neon marker fluid.
Well, that was it, 100% am going to run it again, just have to get some cheap raw powder.
