hello everyone, ( my stat 1m78 , 93.5 kg))
I create this topic to have your opinion because I am skeptical of the way to proceed in my preparation for a competition (followed by a coach) that took place in 4.5 weeks. currently he told me to do 30 minutes of cardio fasting; post workout ; before the last meal. and training every day, the problem being that I can not manage mentally anymore and that I am no longer energized. I am no longer the strength to train every day and even being at a point to stay at home all day tellemenent fatigue is present .... here is the diet he gives me with:
Wake up: 600mg nac + 5g bcaa + 100/200mg caffeine + 30 min cardio
Meal 1 : 400g White egg + 2 wholes + canelle + multivitamins
Meal 2: 150g chicken + green bean
Meal 3: 130g bœuf 5% + (200g Sweet patato for Leg day ) + brocolis
Meal 4: 300g White egg + 2 wholes + 80g oats
Post training: 40 g iso
Meal post training: 130g chicken + brocolis
Before last meal : 30 Min cardio
Meal 6: 200g white fish + 20g noix de macadamia + spinash
1j/4: 100g rice + 100g sweet patato on meal 1.2.3
