IMO might aswell give up. Most shit you can get from pct zone can be bought domestically at roughly double the price, which if you think about it is the exact same as ordering twice. You now have no legal trouble or fees on top.

I've encountered one or two Indiamart resellers that relay packs like the Chinese suppliers. They were more expensive but maybe that's a better option for higher chance of delivery.
