In the sense that it's a valid GH, it does what it's supposed to, my preference remains SSA for value.
I'm currently using the GH 10 IU blue cap SSA, and in the morning when you always wake up "full," the pump never ends during training. For me, it's the best.
For the record, in my life I've never had any of the typical side effects of GH, even at 15 units: hand problems, blood sugar, drowsiness, zero, but my IGF1 speaks clearly. I'm of the opinion that the side effects occur in people with a higher body fat percentage, with already high blood sugar, who don't do cardio and don't have a routine with at least 8-10,000 steps a day.
