So what are your thoughts on drinking distilled water? Can buy a personal distiller for 100 bucks at Sears. There are a few points to consider. One, is the fact that trace-mineral-deprived distilled water will leach out your own stores of minerals. But suppose you sprinkle some sea salts into ur container of distilled water? Are there some other "mysterious" and yet unidentified trace minerals that we should assume are present in tap water? Anyone study geology enough to answer that one?

The other point is I wonder if chlorine and fluoride are really truly eliminated in a personal home distiller machine. Theoretically it should be pure H20 condensed from steam, but I wonder if you boil tap water, will chlorine molecules rise up with the steam and later condense back into the recepticle. That one should be easy to test out using some chlorine test kits. Im sure there must be some cheap floride litmus paper too somewhere.

So aside from that... any other thoughts on drinking pure distilled water?

I drink bottled water. I try if possible to only drink bottled water from glass, as in xenoestrogens are leeched out during the bottling process of plastic bottled water.

Yep and this is one factors that did me in drinking water from bottles gallon juggs over and over again couipled with caffine, reheating food up in micrwave in plastic bowls that where dispposable and i used them over again because they where perfect size and convient . I was in xenoestrogen heaven and knew something was wrong but did not know how to go about anything about it.
