Is this supposed to jumpstart the mind-dick connection again, or just to get the job done? I'm curious because I haven't seen anyone use it as a jump-start before, but I see where the logic's at. Look, my friend, I’ve been in your position before, and just like you, I used to take whatever pill I could find to help me immediately. I completely understand you. But hormones work in a specific way. You already have low total testosterone, which usually means your free testosterone is even lower. A testosterone booster is herbal; Clomid is the actual medication to restart your testosterone production.

I’m not even sure if Ashwagandha will help with anything. As for Vardenafil, it's a PDE5 inhibitor and only affects blood flow. If you have no sex drive or libido, it won’t do anything.

Also, you shouldn’t mess around with medications. For example, you told me you were taking Arimidex for six days. Arimidex, especially the pharmacy-grade one, is extremely strong and can crash your estrogen even if you're on a cycle with high aromatization… Now imagine taking it as part of your PCT.

You never want your estrogen to be too low because low estrogen leads to weak erections, bad mood, poor recovery, and more issues.

I would recommend doing a PCT with Clomid and Nolvadex only for 4-6 weeks, improving your lifestyle with good sleep and proper nutrition. Then, two weeks after finishing your PCT, check your hormone levels again.

However, the final decision is obviously yours. If you think your approach will help you, you can try it, of course. I’m just sharing my opinion with you

In my opinion, stop Proviron completely because it doesn't help your testosterone recovery, and it would be a good idea to start Nolvadex. A protocol of 50/50/25/25 mg Clomid and 20/20/10/10 mg Nolvadex is ideal for your situation right now.

Trimix is an absolute last resort. IMO, no one under 60 years of age, you should not need it until then.

But it is INSANELY effective. Rock hard on for 2.5 hours.

-take a multivitamin and omega 3 supplement
-keep your blood pressure good
-get your testosterone at the high end of normal
-get your e2 in range with an AI if needed
-if you feel worse on an AI, titrate the dose down until you feel better
-add HCG at around 700iu per week
-tadalafil. Titrate up to 40mg a day, assuming no side effects
-MT2/PT141
-caber
-tens machine on your dick, perineum, and lower back (there’s some studies to suggest this induces positive changes to blood flow and pelvic muscles)
-extracorporeal shockwave therapy

You probably have psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Your brain isn't cooperating.

2.5mg PT-141, once or twice a week, for several weeks, can help fix that.

It restores the "mind-dick" connection.

Keep taking the Cialis, it will help, since PT-141 doesn't open blood vessels, it works on the portion of the brain responsible for libido.
