Received an order, but there are several issues
Items worth €500 are missing. Some oral products labeled as containing 100 tablets only had 50 inside the containers. Additionally, the new blue caps on the injectable products are loose and not properly crimped.
The seller refuses to refund the missing items and insists on reshipping instead. I’ve also seen complaints on another German board since the recent promotion — others are reporting the same issue with 50-tablet containers being underfilled, missing items in orders, and semaglutide that doesn’t appear to work.
When I asked the seller to check their storage regarding the missing orals, I was told they’re too busy shipping orders and would check another time. To me, this suggests they might be knowingly trying to scam customers.

My first negative report:
A neighbor ordered oxys, stated as 100 pieces, but there were only 50 in each container. We informed them, and a replacement was sent—again only 50 instead of the stated 100.
Additionally, I placed an order during a promotion—completely incomplete, more than half of it was simply missing.
Until now everything was always great, but this is really frustrating.
