Enhanced Testing Database

I havent done any peptide work. Others can weigh in but sterility issue does seem to pop up. Endotoxins? Not sure what has been found or not.

I follow testing in the peptide space fairly closely. Sterility failures are not uncommon from what I’ve seen, which is why the community is so adamant on filtering.

For Endotoxins, I’ve never seen a test fail according to the FDA limits for endotoxin exposure, which I believe is 5EU/kg/hour. The highest I’ve seen was a 60mg tirzepatide vial tested at a total of 472 endotoxin content. Which for a 70kg person at the max dose of tirz (15mg), would deliver 118 EU, still below the limit of 350 EU (for a 70kg person).

Thank you for that additional data. Very helpful.

More discussion with refs on endotoxins over this page. The oil matrix made endotoxin testing for AAS injectables quite difficult. Nevertheless, good to know there is only remote risk based on what we have found.
