Endurance Athlete Cycle?

Obviously the needs of endurance athletes are different than body builders, so I am curious if there are any websites or perhaps people here with experience on this topic.

I am currently using 300mg test cyp once every two weeks for TRT. My measured total testosterone was 1200 a week after my injection. I am considering lowering this down to 100 or 150 per week for a more consistent level.

Are there any recommendations for testosterone levels to help with endurance, recovery/strength but not add mass?

What supplements are good to use with testosterone?

I know these seem like very basic questions, but I have found almost nothing useful when searching for endurance athlete cycles.
 
Calories>energy expenditure=more mass
Calories<energy expenditure=less mass
Calories=energy expenditure=maintainance.

It is in your diet,you will not put on mass by taking more testoterone alone.

Meso is much better for understanding the chemistry, which really should be your foundation for designing a cycle, but the above site has real world examples of endurance cycles.

Meso is also better for basic info like injecting and is by far and away the best for pct. VanMan is very knowledgeable ref. pct.

Remember, body building cycles are much different than endurance cycles.
