End of my first cycle bloods
No training 3 days prior to bloods

205lbs
15-17% BF (I can still see abs clearly)
300mg of Test E
Pinned MWF
Supplements
Morning
1000mg of fish oil
100mg of COQ10
500mg citrus bergmont (stopped 2 weeks before bloods)
Methylation complex (b12+folate+B6)
Night
1000mg Fish Oil
100mg COQ10
400mg magnums glycinate
500 citrus bergamot (stopped 2 weeks before bloods)
20mg telmisartan (added in 2 weeks ago)
Blood Pressure
I use a OMRon 5 series with a wider cuff.
Morning BP is anywhere 123-127/55
I wake up and piss then sit for 2min and take my readings
Evening BP is 130-134/55.
Sit for an hour or so then take readings
I want to get my blood pressure down but I honestly don’t know what else to do should I try 40mg telmi?
Dystolic is always super low rarely ever see it in 70s.
Stopped all caffeine. Was drinking A monster in the morning and Preworkout midday 5 days a week. Have not gotten much of a difference.
Cardio
I started doing 30 minutes of zone 2 incline walk on the treadmill daily. Started this about a month and a half ago.
have not noticed much effect on BP from this.
Diet
First 12 weeks of cycle was eating around 3200 cals. Gain around .8-1.2lbs per week. Sometimes more. Ate pretty clean. Chicken, oats, ground beef, jasmine rice, red potatoes, blue berries, eggs, egg whites.
Last couple weeks I have had a couple cheat meals here and there. But for the last part diet has been dialed.
Not sure on how to get BP down. Obviously I don’t want to just add drugs but if that’s what’s needed I have no choice. Maybe my E2 is high? I have never tried a AIz
Last Pin was 72hours before injection.
E2 was 71 during my mid cycle bloods and that was 48hours from last pin.
Iron is kinda outta range too.
