I just switched to those bags if chicken. I've been buying the chicken breast that's really thinly cut. The bigger pieces are much more uniform and juicier...

Sam's sells Daily Chef brand, 4 individual containers per box. Easiest way to fix omelets is to pour the eggs and misc. goodies into a zip lock bag, and boil it till done.
