EGG WHITES - READ THIS!!!!

Fill a muffin pan with eggs and bake at 350 for 30 mins. Then give the eggs a ice water bath. Easy hard boiled eggs. Works for a change up for me anyways when I get tired of scrambled eggs. I get 6 dozen free eggs from a neighbor per week so there's no way in hell I'm buying cartons of eggwhites!
 
I'd be more concerned about the shitty protein bioavailability related to raw, unpasteurized egg whites than anything else: Digestibility of Cooked and Raw Egg Protein in Humans as Assessed by Stable Isotope Techniques

- 24hr digestibility cooked egg protein: 91%
- 24hr digestibility raw egg protein: 51%

This is why cooking your egg whites and then throwing them in a blender for a smoothie is the smartest way to get "your money's worth" because raw , you are basically wasting 1/2 of them ;)
