Egg whites: cook or drink?

I drink about a carton of egg whites every day, its a quick and easy way to meet protein requirements. Just make sure you get the pasteurized ones so it digests better and you don't end up with salmonella poisoning or something.
 
I drink a gallon of 2% milk a day and I put it in 4 flip top quart containers. I put two extra large cage free chicken eggs in each quart with a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. They have one of those mixing ball things in them so it mixes up nicely. Tastes great and lots of protein. I used to use the carton egg whites but its way more expensive than just using whole eggs and I'm massing up so I want the calories from the yolks. Sometimes I'll put some vanilla yogurt in there to thicken it up for a change. Never any gastro intestinal issues.
