Last night took 1x bronkaid, 1x 200mg (decided not to be a pussy!) caffeine and 1x 81mg baby aspirin. Had my pre-workout meal around 4pm and pop them bitches in around 6pm.. got to the gym around 6:30pm (traffic
) and feeling that "rush" when the caffeine's kicking in.. It fully kick in around 6:50pm (my fitbit time) which was perfect since it was my working set.. All I can say, boy did I sweat like a motherfker!! The strength and focus was great. Overall, I would say a thumb ups!
The kicker.. I am usually hunger as a bear after working out.. but this time, no hunger--nope, zero! Had to force myself to eat
So I would guess probably a no-go during bulking!
