ECA ratio

Ephedra / Caffeine / Aspirin

Does anyone know what proportions to mix these? I doubt its too important but if anyone knows.Ive been using 400mg Ephedra 8% extract, 400mg guarana 22% caffeine, and 2 aspirin, but I have no reason to use that proportion except that it fits in the capsules well

I took bodybuilding.com's higher power ephedra caps and split them in half, then added the guarana. The original 850mg of ephedra was too much for me.

I take one capsule in the AM before working out for a few weeks.

seen many places that advocate 25:200:200 (all mg) ECA

to get the best effect, most of the scientific literature suggested a 1/10 ratio of ephedra to caffiene...but 1/8 seems about standard with the herbal ECA products...the aspirin only sppresses prostaglandins to keep the ephedra active longer

generally 25mg ephdrine/250mg caffiene/1 aspirin tablet 325mg

Chris's tack is what I use and get good results. I use that twice a day for about three days in a row, then off for three. you'll feel it working great at that.
