Eating the same thing every day

Is it bad to eat the same 1st 3 meals of the day every day, even though they contain what i need. I eat eggs, oatmeal and yogurt every morning... a salad around 12, and a pizza around 3

Bulking...mind you the salad contains 5 slices of turkey, 5 slices of swiss cheese, 120 grams of tuna, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1 whole cucumber and light italian dressing.

Pizza for bulking is a great idea....
And Yes, I eat 3-5 whole eggs
 
Lose the pizza

and replace it with lean beef, chichen breasts, flax oil. or natural peanut butter. Bulking with pizza will hinder your gains.
 
I tend to eat the same meals all week as I cook up large volumes at one time. It just makes it easier. I do mix it up from week to week though.
 
I think the only reason why pizza could be bad for bulking is if the crust is made from white flour

other than that it seems like a perfectly good bulking food to me :D

Frosty, animal fats are good ! Never heard it before. Can you explain please ? EPA, DGLA, AA, required form ... what do these mean ?
 
Frosty is on the money with this one --- a big mistake during the bulking phase of anyone's diet is to constantly eat "cheat meals". I've seen more growth on competitors in the past few years that have maintained extremely high carbs rather than daily cheat meals.
 
my first 3 meals:

1. Eggs,shredded potato, gatorade, graded cheese

2. Protein shake (I mix it up now and then)

3. ground Beef (natural), shredded potato, gatorade, hemp oil

Been like this for quite a while-- no problem here!

I was thinking of adding Gatorade to my meals too. I was considering adding my non flavored protein powder to some as a combo drink for the sake of efficiency.

Wouldn't pizza (one or two slices) be O.K for upping the calories? Is there really that much "crap" in pizza? Just curious since were talking about it...

The most difficult part of dieting for me is eating while on the job. I want to eat like a horse but it's difficult eating 3 different times during the day when most people eat only once. I do drink 1/2 gallon of milk during my time at work though.
 
The saturated fat content of pizza is not what you need. Plus it has a really high sodium content(salt in the cheese). Its also low in fiber. Check out Lean Pockets Ultras. 25 grams of protein + 7grams of fiber per serving. They cost about $1.25 per serving. Eat 2 and you have a healthy meal. Very low in fat. But to answer your question directly, No it's not bad for you to eat the same thing everyday, as long as you get the necessary nutrients. It can get boring though.
