let me tell you guys what really sucks ass. I have been on small items like Halodrol50, so I increased my protein alot by adding red meat more. WELL, all of a sudden last week I got stomach cramps, bloating and kidney pain FROM HELL, to the point of not getting up from bed for 3 freakin days. My work load from work had me back off a bit from the viggies and enough fiber and I got a blocked colon, let me say DAMN, I have never been in so much pain, I knew I was in trouble when I couldn't crap for nearly 6 days and basically stopped eating as well and couldn't work out because i could barely stand, I took several laxatives and fiber products to help but they didn't even touch it. So about the sixth day I drank warm water and a crapload of juices and and put a masager across my back and whirlpool and FINALLY went, and two days after I am feeling fine. Even though I lost 8 freakin lbs.
SO EAT YOUR VEGGIES NO MATTER WHAT cause you don't want the pain, I would rather slam my balls in the car door, well maybe not, but non the less it was painfull.
