Dutasteride and feeling exhausted

I've been on dutasteride since March and I'm constantly feeling tired. I have pain in my right hand that I've never had before. It's hard to say it's definitely the meds but I'm guessing that's what it is. No sexual problems, if anything, that's never been better. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Also, my body seems to ache more. I'm also out of shape. Haven't worked out since covid started. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I'm taking it for hair loss. As for sex drive, when I first started taking it I could only take it twice per week or my libido took a big hit. After a while my sex drive increased and I could take it every day with no issues whatsoever in that department. The problem is that I just feel achy and rundown. I've read that it can cause musculoskeletal pain and muscle tightness. I'm guessing that's what's causing this. Fyi, my dose is. 5mg ed

5 mgs is a lot. Take half a tab. 2.5 mgs.
