Drugs to get lean faster!!

Hello everyone,
I’m 24 years old, 6’3”, 230 lbs, currently sitting at around 30% body fat.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve gone from 20% to 30% body fat. My diet has been garbage.
I’m looking at needing to drop 40 pounds to get down to 15% body fat. That’s going to take me approximately 5 months on a 1,000-calorie deficit per day. I definitely don’t want to cut for that long.

Never used gear,
tried GLPs don’t like them (can’t eat my protein)
Tried low dose DNP 100 a day, it was great.

Plan
• 250mg DNP per day for 2 weeks
• Followed by 2 weeks of Clenbuterol or ECA stack
• Alternate between DNP and Clen/ECA in 2-week blocks
• 250mg Testosterone a week throughout to maintain muscle fullness and prevent excessive loss. Also have an AI on hand cause I’ll definitely aromatize heavy at my bf%

Does this approach seem reasonable? Open to feedback or suggestions on optimizing it. Specifically, I’d appreciate input on what you guys would do in my position if you wanted to speed this up while minimizing muscle loss?
 

Hate to break it to you man you need to stop being such a fucking pussy and clean your diet up. You or anyone else doesn’t need fucking drugs to get down from being 30% bf. Comes down to laziness, stop being so lazy and stop eating. It’s that simple. You’re gonna fuck yourself up doing a grocery list of drugs just to drop some weight THAT YOU WILL just put back on judging by this lazy mindset you seem to have. Fix your mindset first, then do it the right way 500-800 cal deficit each day. Make it a life style change and when you need to go back to maint, ease into it. Don’t destroy or risk your health doing the easiest thing on the planet and that’s not listening to your taste buds.
Fuck the drugs, take the time and patience and do it YOURSELF.
No, you guys are definitely right. I’m not going to use DNP. I knew it’s dangerous and could kill you, but I thought it was safe up until a certain doseage I didn’t know it could give you cataracts,
turns out people have actually gotten cataracts from it at only 100 mg a day.
I saw Tony huge & Chase iron talking about how you could use it safely. But I guess not, that drug isn’t worth it at all.
There’s a drug thats called a BAM15 which is also an uncoupler similar to DNP. Although its no where near as effective as DNP atleast it won’t kill you or cause cataracts.
I might just use some of that with some L-Carnitine injectable, maybe some Reta too if I need it, and just Clean up the diet do some more cardio. Fuck it I got time. Maybe get on some test after to regain lost muscle mass.
 
I lost 88 lbs in 8 months with no glp.. I will say it was tough, I counted every single fucking calorie I ate, day in day out , day in day out. I ran my fat ass for 1 hrs a day 6 days a week. Started with a fast walk and marked my pa e and progressed. After a bit I started trying push-ups. Had to do Incline cause I couldn't even do 1.. in that 8 months I never skipped a workout and held those calories .
I'm not saying this cause im something cause I ain't, but anything is possible if you want it hard enough.. I guess if I had access to the glp I would have e used it but I din not think I would have learned the life lessons I learned through that if it would have been easier.. however I do not knock anyone for using whatever to git to where they want to go.
What ended up me wanting v to lose a little weight because I was a fat mother fucker e ded up becoming a lifestyle change for me.. keep us posted

if you lost muscle mass at that high of bodyfat as a natty, you have a problem.

Get off the steroid forums kid and learn the basics

Forget about Bam15 and start with cleaning up the diet first. Once you start stalling then you can start using something like a GLP1. Mental discipline first. It will help you in the long run!
 
Honestly man, you don't need those drugs. Trust me. Save it for a nice bulking cycle that you can drop in as soon as you drop the fat.

I've lost 17 lbs since March and I'm not even on test rn. I got a bit more to go but I'll tell you what helped me out

I literally consume nothing but 500 grams of chicken breast that I make into a soup and divide it into 2 portions. For breakfast and dinner. For lunch, maybe I'll grab an omelette or two. But even for that I'm not hungry on most days.

Coffee. Lotsa cream. Lotsa sugar.


I'm running a high volume program and I don't see my performance dipping either.

don't listen to people telling you not to use drugs - fucking hypocrites

first, correct your habits (you don't need much time for this, at least for 4 weeks straight)

second, I would use DNP as a last resort (but I would have it on hand), but low dose only, perhaps 100mg or 200mg at morning pre cardio

third, i would alternate thermos (i would use blends like yohimbine + caffeine and clenbuterol 14 day on 14 day off)

fourth, i would start with t3 and some glp agonist from the start (nothing fancy just 25mcg t3 twice a day and semaglutide going up every 3 weeks)

obviously, diet and training should be on point, but that won't be your focus like eating brown rice and chicken, just don't do pizza and cookies everyday and u will be fine

as hormones, testosterone and maybe some dht like masteron to control estrogen

It's not because he's limited by hormones, but he admitted to having a shit diet

yes thats why I have said about changing habits (at least for 4 weeks using nothing) .. and diet/trainning should be on point.

i highly doubt that everyone here is on a 100% clean diet or is an athlete.

in my case, I only go to the gym if I have at least 250mg of hormones in my body because that's the only way I can see some progress. and I am being honest, everybody here is addicted. yes, DIET and TRAINNING should be on point. always. but people here shouldn't be hypocrites

I listen to a lot of the bodybuilding gurus all the time but I would never take it as anything other than entertainment. I just like listening to people talk about bodybuilding and gear.

Entertainment not education.
 
Going from 30% to 20% is simple as taking a walk and not eating like a dickhead. Going from being a fatass to looking good, natty, is one of my most valuable life experiences. Builds character, teaches lessons. But so does injecting adipotide in ur eyeball or whatever the protocol was. It’s your world!

I would say 4 weeks is too little. But that's my opinion.

Maybe some people wanna jump straight into drugs but he should do atleast a year or some real work at his age.

Sounds like he is immature though and doesn't care.
Oh well.

We are in the age of instant gratification anyways full of cheap gear, chemicals, and poor decisions
 
Well it’s not really that I don’t like them, I just legit cannot eat on it. I took 0.25 of Semaglutide and I could not eat food for a few days. I’d feel my stomach growling but the urge to eat was not there. I remember taking 3 bites of a chicken breast and feeling full. I wouldn’t be able to get my 200grams of protein in.
Having no urge to eat is literally the solution to your problem. You don't need hundreds of grams of protein at 30%+ body fat.
 
If you want the fastest fat loss, go get liposuction. It’s better than the laundry list of poisons you mentioned. Clen and T3 suck like fuck. They don’t even work. You’re chipping off an extra week of cutting at the cost of your heart.
Sure, DNP works, but you have to abuse it for real fast results. 250 - 400 mg a day actually does the job. Is that worth your health and eyes ? No
Sema and tirz don’t speed up fat loss, they just suppress appetite and make the process easier.
Get on Retatrutide it has glucagon which is a fat burner in it. L Carnitine & Yohimbine are fine.
Eat 1,500 calories a day, 500 from carbs, the other 1,000 from protein. Do as much cardio as you can. And eventually you’ll look the way you want to look if you make that lifestyle change and do that daily. Either that or just do liposuction.
 
At that level of body fat you don’t need fat burners, thermogenic compounds, etc. save those for when you’re actually trying to get lean. And for a natural who doesn’t want to ruin thyroid and metabolism… just do the diet and cardio test… no need for t3, t4 unless you’re going to do full hormone replacement or you’re so shredded your body cannot produce it, and with your body comp you’re miles away.

250 test ok fine that’s not a bad starting point if you’re going to cut. Clen totally out of the question because it’s not going to speed anything up considering how fat you are and if your diet is not perfect. Man I’m not trying to be rude but those drugs are tools for body builders and people who are trying to get unnaturally lean, not short cuts for fat people.

You don’t need drugs to lose fat. From very resent experience the fastest way to drop fat is the carnivore diet. I actually can’t believe how fast I leaned out and lost no muscle. It was so fast and dramatic, my wife spent weeks of jealousy yelling at me lol.
