Drugs to get lean faster!!

Hello everyone,
I’m 24 years old, 6’3”, 230 lbs, currently sitting at around 30% body fat.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve gone from 20% to 30% body fat. My diet has been garbage.
I’m looking at needing to drop 40 pounds to get down to 15% body fat. That’s going to take me approximately 5 months on a 1,000-calorie deficit per day. I definitely don’t want to cut for that long.

Never used gear,
tried GLPs don’t like them (can’t eat my protein)
Tried low dose DNP 100 a day, it was great.

Plan
• 250mg DNP per day for 2 weeks
• Followed by 2 weeks of Clenbuterol or ECA stack
• Alternate between DNP and Clen/ECA in 2-week blocks
• 250mg Testosterone a week throughout to maintain muscle fullness and prevent excessive loss. Also have an AI on hand cause I’ll definitely aromatize heavy at my bf%

Does this approach seem reasonable? Open to feedback or suggestions on optimizing it. Specifically, I’d appreciate input on what you guys would do in my position if you wanted to speed this up while minimizing muscle loss?

You shouldn't need this amount of drugs and crap to get leaner faster at your high of bodyfat.

If you don't do it right, you will forever use this as a crutch. You are still young.

You need a lifestyle change, not a drug change

What happens when you reach your goal of 15% BF?

What GLP have you tried? all of them? you may not like them but I would recommend them over DNP and clenbuterol. Before I would have used these drugs only leading up to a competition to get under 10% BF. It's a temporary boost to get lean to walk on stage for a brief moment to take photos and not a healthy long term approach.

Go keto and OMAD and then reverse diet out of it. You could dump 40lbs in 6 weeks. Then use the saved time to have more gains. Abbs in time for summer if you're in the northern hemisphere

Well I think k you should put yourself in a healthy deficit 15-25 % and some cardio and hit such ans jogging 2 ro 3 Miles a day and or hitting about 100. Burpees.. Spend a little. Getting your cardiac health i order.. and to e those muscles a little. The start lifting about 2x a week and keep that cardio going, at this point depending on body composition about 8 weeks i you may raise your deficit a little girl e yhe muscles you are toning a little fuel to grow..either way you look at ot it takes time to build a body. You are young so it will. E faster if you are dedicated.... dont know much about impractical except for the fact id never e use it. I tried clen and wasn't impressed either
Peace

Well it’s not really that I don’t like them, I just legit cannot eat on it. I took 0.25 of Semaglutide and I could not eat food for a few days. I’d feel my stomach growling but the urge to eat was not there. I remember taking 3 bites of a chicken breast and feeling full. I wouldn’t be able to get my 200grams of protein in.

Just to be clear I am not advocating drug use. Losing the weight through proper diet is obviously the healthiest long term solution.

But, when people get their mind set on taking something it can be hard to change and if you were going to take anything DNP and clenbuterol are a very poor choice.

Ahhh one meal a day. People are losing 40 pounds in 6 weeks doing that ?
Yea fuck it, I’m gonna crank the fuck out of DNP and get really aggressive with diet and cardio and just accept the flatness and muscle loss..
I’ll take Enclomiphine throughout the entire cut so my test doesn’t crash.
When I reach 15% I’ll get on test and gain all the lost muscle back + more.

-Will be eating keto 1000 calories per day, 200grams protein
-Will be burning 1000 - 1500 calories per day walking 10 - 15 miles
-Weight training 3x per week

That’s a 2000 - 2500 deficit + 250mg DNP so that’s like like a 25% metabolism increase. That’s
well over 3000 calories per day deficit.

Shit loads of minerals and water + shit loads of antioxidants, inject glutathione. Vitamin E & C. Tudca & coq10.

I’ll post before and after photos and screenshots of miles walked in my health app if anyone’s interested in seeing a human morf into a different human really fast lol.

Never used any steroids. I’ve used clenbuterol but I was considering trying ECA cause I get anxiety on clen. My blood pressure if perfect. Blood work if perfect.
At 230lbs and 30% body fat you’ll have to excuse me if I find it hard to believe your blood pressure is “perfect” what’s your daily average? RHR?

Lmfaooo I don’t know, I’ve never checked it daily. I just check it at doctor appointments and check ups. It’s always been normal.

Do not use dnp. Absolute F tier drug. So many better options. Why not just use GLP or something while on a healthy dose of test or even test+primo to retain muscle while you lose fat.

I take it back just use glp and build the muscle back after you cut. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing. Just train right and eat in moderation according to your goals. The first thing you need to do is get your diet in check based on calories in vs out. Drugs are never the first answer, especially DNP. Shit will kill you if you fuck up the dose

Saying you don't want to cut for that long then throwing this laundry list of drugs speaks more about your desire to cut corners than put in the hard work. I'll bet you'll gain it back if you think you can cheat your way to it

Take less of it, get less of the effect.

40 pounds in 6 weeks ? What’s OMAD ??
OMAD = one meal a day

Contrary to popular opinion, my experience has been massive successful with it. Its more of an eating window. 3-4 hour eating window where you try get 0.8 grams of protein per pound of TARGET lean weight. If you don't get it in, doesn't matter, larger calorie deficit means greater weight loss.

Bullet points are as follows
Zero carbs, and I mean like 10 grams to much in a day
No food for 20ish hours that includes cream or milk in coffee ect.
As much black coffee as you want.

Electrolyte drink you'll need to keep headaches and cravings away, drink as needed
1L water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon potassium chloride
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

I've coached 30+ guys through this and see as much as a pound of fat go a day for weeks. And before some ones says "tH@t$ GaS7r!k W£igπt" no, its not. I've yoyo'ed up and down 20+ pound in 3-4 weeks many times without PEDs and have abbs to show for it.

Pros
Get done in 1/5 of the time as a regular calorie deficit
Autophagy through keto
Less cooking
Better sleep

Cons
You'll have to come to.terms with being considered a yuppie by your buddies
Muscle metabolism is going to happen, however can be gained back fast post the reverse diet out of the OMAD
Youll be excluded from regular food for the term of the diet, meals out with friends, family dinners, work lunches arent a thing.
If you fuck it up my eating carbs you loose 2-3 days
If you fuck up and eat during the day is 50% less effective
Without salt drink, headaches are prone
Will grow a man bun and listen to Joe rogan harder
Having to reverse diet out of it sucks as your metabolism will be suppressed, which takes 2-3 weeks to avoid rebound.
Requires self control, but if your not a bitch that shouldnt be an issue.
