Doing Kickboxing training while using DNP

Hey guys,

im considering using DNP for a while (couple of weeks), but ive read some things about that i shouldnt do any intense (or close to intense) cardio training while using DNP.

I usually workout every morning (not very intense, HR doesnt go above 150) and 3 evenings a week i have my kickbox training. So can i still continue kickboxing if i keep my dose low? (max 200mg), or should i quit kboxing during the cycle and just build DNP up to 400mg (if everything goes well).

btw, need to lose about 15-20lbs, at 18%BF now, goal is at 10%.

do not use dnp its rubbish u dont need that
 
I recently did DNP and followed all suggestions and advised protocol. My experience is not great. No sleep, intense body and head aches, rash encompassing my entire abdomen,chest and arms. An overall feeling of un-wellness. I did not like it at all. I was doing 1 cap per day of crystallized dnp then after 4 days bumped up to 2 caps. 1 in the morning 1 at night. i did that for about 5 days on the 5th day the sides hit me and i ceased taking it right then. it is now 3 days later and the sides are subsiding slightly but rash is off the hook. yeah yeah im doing the whole benadryl thing. going to my doctor later today for something possibly stronger. I have to say that if you decide to go the "easier" way of losing weight you will pay a price. I am not saying don't do DNP. that is your choice. I only offer up my experience with it. The best mistakes to learn from are the mistakes of others. I will never use it again. I'll stop being a pussy and tighten up my diet and get on the cardio.
