I just paid attention that eric lillibridge and andrey malanichev both top 5 best powerlifters have the same program which is weird that they bench/deadlift/squat only once a week. Any feedback about that guys :D ? why do they perform each lift only once?
 
Because they are at an elite level. they dont need the frequency novice or intermediate lifters do. Also, they have been lifting years and years and years and ahve found what works for them.

im fairly certain Eric only dead lifts every other week by the way.
 
Im assuming the amount of weight they pull requires at least a week to recover. Im on my 1st year and once a week still works for me to keep progressing
