Does GH wreck anyone else's RHR?

Are you saying ss-31 improved your cardio? What was your protocol and what did it do to your RHR?
Yes.

Before: ran 2 x a week, hamstring cramps on 2 nd session, always 5 minutes run, 15 min walk

After: this is 2 weeks after. Everyday run 5 minutes walk 15 minutes. No issues. No fatigue even. Over the next 4 weeks became 2 x 5, 3 x 5, 4 x 5, 5x5 minutes run walk intervals

In a span of 4 weeks, i can run continuously 20 minutes same speed. How great is that?

First shot was 2.5 mg ss31

After 2 days upped to 5mg

Another 4 days, added hgh

Already stopped trt for a while when started ss31

Of course during all this time, checked rhr and bp as well.

Weight went down 7 kgs. So did the parameters.

It's a weird feeling, low test and motivated to run

I haven't tried it, this isn't an endorsement, but people here swear by KPV (and KLOW) for skin health.
Anyone a fan?
There’s a bunch of people doing GLOW and KLOW if you use search. A lot of anecdotal evidence of ppl loving it for skin. Think there’s discussion in the SSA thread recently.

Reta and HGH elevated my RHR.
7mg Reta = 7-10 beats more
6iU HGH = 6-8 beats more

So I had like 90 RHR.
Now I take 15mg Ivabradine and RHR is around 66.
I am also taking Ivabradine but the RHR reduction is not as dramatic as yours was. Damn. Mine is maybe only down like 7-8bpm on 15mg

I started the KLOW blend about a month ago (was already on BPC157 & TB4 to heal my shoulder) actually. I plan to stay on it indefinitely.
Glad it's working out for you! That's awesome. Biggest noticeable differences after adding the other two to the BPC/TB?

Hey, can't say it does in my case. Blasting test or other AAS and gaining weight on the other hand turns y hearbeat steps up the bpm significantly, from the low 50s to the low 80s.

GH bumped my rhr about 15-20bpm. Which I’m cool with because my rhr was regularly going into the 30s and 40s while asleep and under 60 awake

To those using mid-high dose nebivolol (5-10mg+), be aware that there is a pretty potent rebound effect if you've been using it for months and wanting to come off. I recently switched to Ivabradine from 10mg Nebivolol and my RHR spiked from 80 to 95+ for a couple weeks.

Also from what I've researched, Nebivolol lowers your body's adaptation to cardio gains. Meaning if you've been doing your zone 2 while on Nebivolol, you're likely to see blunted RHR-lowering benefits over time. It's the whole basis on why I'm coming off it and using Ivabradine to stabilize my RHR while I ramp up my cardio.

Someone can fact check me but I don't see Nebivolol as the smart long term play if you're in this game to crank GH, reta, and general AAS use.

Well it’s hard to say, but I recovered from an arthroscopic shoulder surgery (arthritis clean out) VERY fast (it was 9 weeks ago now). Much faster than I was told I would. I have to give credit to BPC and TB500 in addition to doing everything else right (nutrition, continuing exercise, physical therapy, etc.) With the newly added peps (GHK-Cu and KPV) by virtue of the KLOW stack, it just kept healing more. It have have done that anyway though. Hard to tell after just a month of the additions.

I’m not sure that is a rebound effect. It’s probably just what your RHR would have been if you weren’t taking the Nebivolol in the first place, unless that’s what you meant.

I’ll have to fact check you on the Nebivolol statement. I’ve looked into it extensively for a while so I will copy and paste from my notes a while back> Non blood pressure related benefits include
  1. Has unique nitric oxide-mediated vasodilating properties
  2. May improve left ventricular diastolic function
  3. Has antioxidant properties
  4. Could help prevent pathological cardiac remodeling
  5. Shows anti-inflammatory effects
  6. May help maintain endothelial function
It’s great as long as your blood pressure doesn’t get too low. I was using it for years but only stopped because that’s what happened to me. It’s a terrific choice for bodybuilders.

Nebivilol rebound is widely documented and there’s a lot of user reports on it, for both BP and heart rate. My spiked heart rate after getting off it returned to 75 baseline after a couple weeks.

As for blunting of cardio adaptive gains, it’s not entirely black and white. I’ll paste a quick Google AI snippet below. Ultimately, my opinion and anecdotal experience is that high doses (10mg+) blunts cardio adaptations more than moderate doses (5mg or less). For this reason, Chase Irons and Vigorous Steve have stated to deploy it for temporary situations such as combating clen’s heart rate effects.

“Yes, nebivolol, like other beta-blockers, blunts cardiac resting heart rate (RHR) adaptations because its primary function is to slow the heart rate. It achieves this by blocking the effects of adrenaline on beta-1 adrenergic receptors in the heart, leading to a slower and less forceful heartbeat.
However, nebivolol is considered a "cardio-friendlier" beta-blocker because its effects are more moderate compared to older, less selective beta-blockers.”

What would your dose be of an 80mg vial? And how frequently would you take it?

My bp is perfect, but the ret and hgh has my rhr skyrocketing. Anything out there that can lower rhr without dropping BP? I also take lisinopril but very low dose. BP stays around 120/70, RHR is around 90 right now. I do cardio 5x's a week

I see Im a new member since I never post here, but my registration date is 2004 lol

Ivabradine 5mg twice a day (10mg daily). You can get it off some sources here.

Mine has went from 65 to 77 on Reta, then adding 2 iu of hgh has me at 95. I’m coming off the hgh until I can get some ivabradine

thanks, I was just searching about it. I'll see if I can round some up. Any recs? I know India isn't shipping to the US right now
I got mine off All Day Chemist, along with other health ancillaries. Seems like they recently put up a banner on their site regarding shipping. You can check it out to see if its still obtainable there.
