Does GH wreck anyone else's RHR?

My RHR on just 200mg/week of Test was around 67-68 bpm in the morning pretty consistently. Began taking Retatrutide, it crept up to 73-75bpm after a few weeks. Can live with that, supposed to be pretty normal for that drug.

Added 3iU of GH before bedtime and it jumped up to 90-95 bpm where it has consistently stayed ever since. I think the lowest I've seen since starting GH is 87 bpm. For giggles I tried 20mg of Propranolol for a few days and it didn't touch my HR at all, might as well have been taking nothing. Does a dose that small have such a significant affect on anyone else?

Yeah, same here. I bumped GH up to 4iu and my resting heart rate jumped to 90–100 bpm. Added 10mg of Ivabradine daily, and now it’s sitting around 75–80, much more manageable.

Already dropped GH to 3.5iu, and planning to lower it further to 2.5iu next week.
On top of EQ, Test C, and Mast E - those heart rate spikes just don’t feel good at all.

Growth hormone can increase heart rate by stimulating the sympathetic nervous system and increasing metabolic demand, especially when stacked with stimulatory compounds like EQ.

So if you’re prone to higher RHR, it really adds up fast. Ivabradine’s been a lifesaver in that regard.

Is it India pharma or something else?

I actually hopped off GH for now until I can get some ivavradine and nebivolol. Hopped off reta too because the combo became too much on the RHR..may switch back to tirz.

(using glp to crash food noise -- people already tell me I'm dumb for leaving reta, but reta didn't do much for In the 4 months I took it since I switched from a high dose of tirz to begin with. I'm one of the unlucky ones where low doses glp doesn't do anything. I can eat 3k calories on 10mg+ of Tirz -- even after I took a break with cagri only for months and titrated back up slowly).

Yes, I got mine from PCT24x7 - he offers two options: 5mg × 10 tabs for $5, and 10mg × 10 tabs for $8.50.

There’s also Coralan (Ivabradine 7.5mg) from BG Pharmaceuticals - 56 tablets for around $45.

Regarding Reta - I would personally stay on it. I’ve been on Tirz for almost a year now. Started at 2.5mg and gradually increased to 12.5mg. At every dose, I wasn’t able to eat more than 2200 calories.

I’m not using it for weight loss, though - I take it for the other health benefits.
In my case, it’s been very effective in improving insulin resistance.

Fuck.

I like GH if nothing else because I sleep like a dead person if I pin right before bed. But I don't know if I like it enough to have to take Nebivolol or some other ancillary so my heart doesn't fucking explode. I may try to experiment to see if pinning EOD or M/W/F affects HR less.

Propranolol is too unselective for heart rate related beta receptors.

Something highly specific like Bisoprolol, at a very low dose, like 2.5-5mg would drop heart rate by 10-20 without affecting BP too much, or leaving you excessively sedated from off target adrenal receptor blocking. And it'll work with a once a day dose.

Appreciate the info on the meds. Ive got an order in transit from 247 I placed last week just in case. My RHR was still under 90, so may not need it -- wanted it just in case. I hate the idea of having to take one drug to offset a side of another.

Regarding the GLP1s, I've been using them for 3 years now off and on. Max dosages at times on all of them. Had a stint of 2mg cagri as well which would knock out most. Tirz 12-15 always worked the best for me. I gave reta a run of 4-6 months -- just not worth it for me unfortunately.

No not in the least. Even on 10iu it sits around 65, peak blast it can increase to mid 70s. Once I get further into cut, and slightly lower body weight & more cardio (with 5iu currently, on test tren and masteron) I am assuming it will get into high 50s. Naturally it was in the low 50s.

My average across the day is sitting at around 60-65 on 2iu daily, and last couple days I've titrated up to 3iu and still steady. Also on 3mg reta a week.

Obviously still at lower hgh dosage than you all have mentioned so far but ill keep an eye on things. Mine only gets up to ~70 on a blast anyway.

It has pretty minimal impact for me.

Have some bisoprolol and ivabradine on the way though so we'll see how it goes in comparison.
Ive seen bisoprolol mentioned a few times now, but dont see it on price lists often. Is there another name for it? Fairly new to BP meds since my BP is naturally low, but HR is climbing.

Going to keep reading up. I buy a bunch of india pharmacy just in case, luckily haven't had to use anything yet.

It's all over indian pharma sites, yeah.
