Does certificate (ph. Eur, bp, etc) matter for benzyl alkohol?

the second one is double the price of the first one. The first one lacks the certificates (usp, ph eur etc.). Does it matter or are both fine? I will use it to make bac water. Because of how long it will last it doesnt really matter if I pay double once but I just want to know.

The second one is 99.95% parenteral grade, meaning it's pure enough for injecting into humans.

The first is 99.50% technical grade, for thinning epoxy resins, ink, lacquer and perfumes.

You can use whichever you like, but don't inject technical grade into any lab animals, as that would be unethical.
