Do you track workout and nutrition? What web or movile apps do you use to support your goals?

EveryDose is the best app for tracking supplements / super supplements that I’ve found. Its reminder system is great and unlike a lot of medication tracking apps I found, it has excellent support for custom meds. One feature I wish it had was the ability to see the change in dosages over time though.

Cronometer for meal prep planning (used to log everything each day but no longer feel the need). The custom meal feature makes it easy to adjust my meal composition over time by adding everything to a random day then adjusting the saved meals. Micronutrient data is useful for filling in gaps in nutrition by swapping foods or adding supplements.

Hevy for lifts. Relatively new to this, switched from boostcamp due to cost. It’s just as good if not better from what I can tell so far.

I use the strong app and pay for it (but it’s super cheap) to track my workouts, super customisable and allows you to track progress

RP hypertrophy app for workout tracking and programming, and macrofactor for meal tracking. Both apps have been instrumental for my current progress.
I’m a fan of RP, I bought the hypertrophy book. I pretty much follow his training plan/principles. And I’ve made a lot of progress. The app just seems really expensive. You find it provides value at that price?

Ive been training for years and it feels like i finally have a solid program as result of following this app. I think the price is worth it.

I put everything in my notes on my phone. I have my workouts, my diet and short term and long term goals. I was using apps in the past to track food but I noticed some foods I eat are not that accurate. I prefer to read the nutrition facts on the label and just put it in my notes.
