Do I really need blood work for 250 test?

I live in one of the states where ordering blood work is illegal. After looking online, quest and lab corp seem to be the only solution. Only problem is that they are pretty far away from me. I’m planning on taking accutane soon, so I will be able to get blood cell counts and metabolic panels done once a month. I know I should get testosterone and estrogen measured, but I can’t see anyway of doing it. If anyone has any input let me know.

I should add that I had testosterone checked 2 years ago and I was at 490. Every other surrounding hormone was also normal.

i use discountedlabs dot com.

imo yes it is worth it to get a few snapshots of your body throughout the trt administration. ideally before starting, 6 weeks after starting, then the first time you feel "off" or like you might have high estrogen just to see if youre picking up the right vibes. if you are picking up the correct vibes, then you can continue being flippant about bloodwork in regards to the hormones.

all of that being said, its still a good idea to get a basic metabolic panel, and cbc every 8-12 weeks with that much testosterone until you're absolutely sure your body handles every aspect of it well

My Buddy ran 200mg a week. Elevated TRT lol
E2 came back at 70.
He had no clue it was elevated.
Explains why he was being emotional & having issues. Bump those numbers up and you got more issues comin
