DNP Log - Simple, No BS Log

Exciting to see how much water you drop. It's always a mind fuck coming off DNP because all of a sudden you are down 10-15 more lbs.
Just remember your thyroid is probably suppressed. Keep up the diet and cardio while off.
True that, 5 to 10 days post dnp and you’re like wtf. The first few days off you be thinking that it didn’t work that well until it comes off fully.

Just to let you know, if you get T3 you can run DNP essentially non-stop. DNP blocks the conversion of T4 to T3, supplementing it fixes this.

It also prevents the weird water bloat people report which seems to be some sort of DNP induced hypothyroidism.

If you decide to get back on mounjaro, the DNP and t3 onside of it will get you down to 15% body fat quickly and largely effortlessly.

Good log, keep us posted on the weight loss.
This is my current weight loss stack. Seven days in at 400mg dnp(my first run with DNP), 400mg test, 35mg tren e, 25mg t3/100mg t4, EC stack, tirzepatide, and methylene blue. It's actually been going great. I only feel hot if I'm exercising or after a big meal. No sweating at work which is great. EC stack keeps energy up during the day but man I crash at night and get tired. Sleeping great with l-theanine, melatonin, citrus bergamot. I do sweat the bed though but it's not as soaked as 350mg tren. Only down 5 lbs so far but I am noticing some water . Plan to run it two more weeks and see what happens. Currently 18% bf 195 lbs. Hoping to get to 8% though I doubt I'll get that far in two more weeks

@xrayphoton13 if you score some reta you can drop the ECA. The shit is remarkable in terms of keeping energy up. I'm off my DNP and t3 but keeping the reta going and it's truly incredible how energized I stay through out the day. I'm going to decrease my caffeine intake (coffee, nuun tabs, and my beloved dr pepper blackberry zero in the afternoon) because it's counter productive at this point.

I do have some but I stopped it before the dnp as I wasn't sure how they would mix. I can give it a try for sure

Let's be realistic, if you started at 18% body fat, you’re not going to be anywhere near 8% in 3 weeks.

What does your diet look like? Are you eating carbs while on DNP, or are you going low/no carb?

Oh I know. I meant I'm hoping to get to 8% eventually.

I'm eating carbs from fruit and vegetables but no starch currently. Cals are around 1500-1800

Oh yeah, it's a great way to kickstart a diet in that way. Seeing rapid changes early on will really help keep motivation high.

That's actually something I’m planning to try next time. I'll likely do a 2-3 week DNP run, followed by a PSMF diet to drop fat quickly. There's a guy over on PM who took a similar approach, though he didn't use DNP at the start. He was a big guy too, and went as low as 1,200 calories at 270 lbs for a few weeks. He was leaning out fast with minimal muscle loss.

Yes sir. That's a great way to diet. I usually do a PSMF a la Lyle McDonald's RFL. But I've been really struggling lately to eat so little. My damn appetite is too high and I can't seem to keep myself strict enough to only eat protein and green veggies.
