DNP Log - Simple, No BS Log

Did you die?
Lmfao. No but at least someone cares about me :)

Been super busy with one of my new businesses... but still riding hard on the DNP!

April 26 Update:
261.2 lbs
400mg

Down 11 lbs from when I started on April 9. So 17 days, 11 lbs down.

I said I would take a break on Day 14.. but I didn't. It just feels "good" this time around and I just feel lighter every day. So I don't think I'll take a break, maybe at least until the 21 day mark?

Still on 400mg a day.

Take break. You feel good til you don't. You don't lose anything by taking 2-3 weeks off from DNP to give yourself a break. Get the GLP and run continously.

Yeah I will. I'm going to stop day 21, I'm at day 19 now, so 2 more days. Then I'll take a 7-14 day break.

I'm mentally set for 250 lbs by June, which I think at this rate, is more than attainable.

Since you were on for 3 weeks at 400, break for 2 at minimum. But don't stop dieting. You might have rebound carb cravings. Up the veggies and keep protein high.

Really it takes several weeks for full mitochondrial repair but I know that you won't wait on that. Just know that wether you make it to 250 by June, or August, no one cares besides you, and no, it won't change your life, because there's still at least another 50 to go.

Agreed! Stopping tomorrow and will pause for 2 weeks.

Appreciate the advice bro!

Exciting to see how much water you drop. It's always a mind fuck coming off DNP because all of a sudden you are down 10-15 more lbs.
Just remember your thyroid is probably suppressed. Keep up the diet and cardio while off.

Any sort of rebound? Or water weight loss?
Weight is fluctuating between 261 and 262. Haven’t notice a sudden loss in water weight. Do feel flatter, and the mirror thinks the same, but scale is stalled.

Diet is on check. I actually lowered calories a bit. I do feel a bit bloated though.

Yura Peptides, SRY Labs,… but they’re all out of stock currently
I ordered from Insightchem and they just straight up ghosted me no responses on emails or anything regarding my order, I’ll keep watch on yura for a restock though thanks for that, trying to stay domestic with my shipments now

@Ghoul would tell you there's plenty of long term data on GLP receptor agonists, since they were discovered in 1986 and been in use on humans for almost 25 years.

Tirz for around 10 years.

Absolutely not a hint of anything concerning. To the contrary, before being marketed for weight loss, it had been casually observed for a while by doctors that diabetics on the earlier GLP agonists seemed healthier in many ways than their non-diabetic aging counterparts.

Reta is much more of an unknown because exogenous glucagon is new.

Agree that there is a lot of scaremongering about GLP-1/GIP agonists. Have started to experiment with Tirzepatide for cutting (I seem to be a hyper-responder because 2.4mg absolutely obliterates my hunger (I have the pharm version)) and the side effects are minimal (I got a few sulphur burps in the first few weeks which I fixed by moving to smaller meals).

Main problem that I could see from the studies was they started at high doses (5mg). You really have to start low to test your sensitivity. Have been on 2.4mg/week for about 10 weeks of easy cutting and its largely been a breeze.

I am still researching the new glucagon one but it just seems that they are trying to target another pathway that over-complicates things. If you really needed to boost energy expenditure (what the glucagon is targeting) you can just stack T3/EC and it would be probably be a cheaper/superior option.

You’re the odd man out if you didn’t feel anything on 2.4 mg. I usually tell people to start at 1 mg because 2.4 can be very effective for some people. It’s interesting how individual response can be.

May 1 Update:
261.6 lbs
No DNP

Day 1 of my likely 14 day break from DNP. Diet continues, no changes there.
Just to let you know, if you get T3 you can run DNP essentially non-stop. DNP blocks the conversion of T4 to T3, supplementing it fixes this.

It also prevents the weird water bloat people report which seems to be some sort of DNP induced hypothyroidism.

If you decide to get back on mounjaro, the DNP and t3 onside of it will get you down to 15% body fat quickly and largely effortlessly.

Good log, keep us posted on the weight loss.

I have all of those on hand and wanting to do it but damn.. summer just hit and today was unbearable even without DNP.

Why the rush? You got a whole lotta time in the year to lose that fat and introducing a glp as a “virgin” substance in your body will make that effortless especially in the first few weeks, effortless to stay in the deficit and that is by far the most important thing when cutting down as many fail and cheat once or twice per week and they stall their weight loss by a lot. Add some clen instead for a couple or so weeks, or Albuterol, that will assist by a tiny bit but it’s better than nothing. Glp on top and it’s a decent stack but udou.

Are you doing cardio or lifting along with it? Since there’s no other info into this, just curious. Cardio wouldn’t be needed if the deficit is enough, and if you lift do basic lifts, to maintain your mass on the cut.

Anyways you could add t3 at 25mcg to 37.5 in your last one to two weeks of dnp. Unsure of how long you’ll go, it’s not necessary but could assist.

Coq10, taurine, vitamin c, nac and from peptides mots-c could be a great addon to assist with the stress. You could also consider Cordyceps.
Have an electrolyte supplement or powder, you know it with the water intake anyways.
