Hey guys,
I've been in and out of the gym for about 10 years. A couple years ago I ran a few cycles but the one thing I've never been able to dial in properly has been my diet. It's always been bro science or my force feeding myself like a cow. I've gotten big and seen results but I've never been lean.
This summer I went through some life shit and decided to take a different approach.
I've known some people who did keto and wanted to give it a shot and I haven't really been tracking macros but it breaks down to about
200-230p
20-30c
60-70f
I've been eating like this for about 4 weeks and I recently started a cut cycle 2 weeks ago
The results have been awesome. I finally have visible abs which I've never been able to achieve. I look bigger and more vascular and I'm dropping body fat.
I plan on doing another 10 or 12 weeks of cyp/dhb then dropping down to a cruise dose of cyp and doing a big bulk around January.
My question is this, how should I move forward with the diet? I plan on adding carbs slowly and increasing as I go. The last time I did a bulk I was eating 4k calories which at this point I think was overkill. I know some body fat gain is inevitable during a bulk but I want to mitigate that as much as possible.
