Hey guys I'm trying to get some diet help I'm wanting to get more serious as of now I just half ass it and eat what I like. Stats are 26yr old 6'4" 247lbs. As of now I mostly eat a lot of whole eggs, chicken thighs, turkey meatballs and mashed potatoes. Usually cheese with my eggs and an English muffin. Those are things I really enjoy eating. My question is can I make a diet where I can eat most of these foods. I know it's a high in fat diet. Do y'all recommend certain macros or just get ur protein in and stick to certain calories? I'll post a pic of today for reference not looking to get hazed lol any help or advice is appreciated.
