diet/meals/food tips on mk677 for clean bulk

i am a young guy who started gym 2 months ago. this is my 10th day on mk677 taking 10mg orally. I am 178cm 59 kg currently i try to eat around 2700-2800 calz 90g of fat 350 of carbs and 150-200g of protein per day. i want to bulk up to 69-70kg and try to be as lean as possible (i realise it will be quite difficult). i should mention i go to the gym at least 5 times a week and have a high metabolism so i burn through cald quite easy. money is not an issue on food so i dont mind more expensive options if it means better results or quality. any tips?
(i will attach a recent pic of my physique and what i roughly eat throughout a day but i also drink a 500cal shake)

don’t waste your time with mk it spikes cortisol too much try hgh directly and/or testosteone
i m not rly worried about cortisol since it is a small dose and i wouldnt go into test or hgh yet since i mentioned i am young some clean diet tips or a thread link for this type of diet would be helpful or any other tips
 
why do you use mk? are you struggling with appetite?
yes i finish most of my meals gagging even if its not a lot of foods its not an eating disorder i just dont think i m used to it but lately with mk my hunger has gone up and my apetite as well but not as much as i wouldve wanted

the biggest thing is, to eat fast digesting carbs. Like rice/ cream of rice/rice cakes, i wouldnt go above 50g of fat a day because it slows down your digestion. When i first started i also struggled eating. You have to learn it first
 
It sounds weird, because most people that are "struggling" to eat a lot of carbs usually eat too much fat and thats slows down digestion big time,

okay thank you do you know of any peptides/sarms etc that would help in this specific case to make my life easier besides mk or are you against them?

sorry to say that, but i would rely on peptides/sarms for appetite at 2800 cals... thats nothing basically. try to space your meals good and lower the fats and replace it with carbs, should help. If nothing helps try eating 2 whole food meals and 2 shakes with for example oats/whey
