Diet for lean bulking cycle

Dear all,

Already in the 4th week of my cycle made of:
- testosterone Propionate - 100mg EOD
- trenbolone acetate - 75mg EOD
- Drostanolone Propionate - 75mg EOD

Arimidex 12.5mg ED

So far I am having great results:
- decrease in body fat from 9% to 7%
- increase in lean body mass by 3-4kg

My stats are:
Age: 29
Height: 1.85m
Weight: 86kg (started with 82kg)
Lean body mass: 80kg (176lbs)
TDEE: 2900kcal

My diet is clean and I am carefully tracking my macros to ensure that I am getting most out of my cycle.
Current macros: 428g carbs, 235g protein and 50g of fat
Which comes to 3100kcal

I exercise 5-6 times a week

As you can see this is quite small surplus above TDEE (ie 200kcal). Could you please advise me if I shall raise my carbs intake (total calories) intake?
Guess this might be ok for me as this surplus that I have right now allows me lean gains with decrease in body fat. I assume this is tren ace impact that is having positive impact on metabolism of fat

Would it be good to raise my daily calories intake?

Kind regards

Who told you you were 7% bodyfat? Why is your fat so low? I would add more fats. I'd try to get at least 300 more calories in fats.

I am having weight scale at my home and i measure it in the morning upon waking up everyday. Plus last Satuday, 17 Sept, nutritionist took my measurements and my body fat according to that methodology used was around 7.8%. But this was after breakfast, coffee etc but my weight scale show 8% that day as well.
Therefore I am quite sure that my BF is around 7%

Hmm, seems crazy to be walking around not getting ready for a show at that bf%. Not impossible just improbable for most. Why not bulk up a bit if you're prone to being so cut up? You must look amazing, or anorexic one of the two!

Before starting cycle I was cutting with huge deficit which have caused me health problems. 2 weeks before starting cycle my blood pressure was 90 and my blood test showed that i am anaemic. Then I have gradually increased my calories intake to maintenance before starting with the cycle.
Having low body fat at beginning of cycle and now gives me good foundation for bulking.

Just being "ex-fattie" I am still kinda "afraid" of calories :( I know it sounds weird.

Think I will raise my calories intake as of today on 3300

I'm an ex fatty. If you're as lean as you say you are your metabolism is in full effect which means you can eat big just have to eat right. It seems strange to me you're an ex fatty and can maintain 7% body fat. I have to eat a 2200cal diet to maintain and I'm nowhere near 7% more like 14%.

Will take pic soon as at the moment I am bloated (water retention) since last weekend i had quite big sodium intake. Still balancing that out with potassium. Long story lol

I also dont believe when i see my stomach that i have 7%. I would say more 9%. I assume my scale is not correct but measuring/using it every day at same time allows me at least to track progress.

Will post/send you picture as soon as this "balcony" on my stomach goes away :p
