hey brothas im in the beginning of my cycle, this is my 4th, and I just want some input on my diet! So to preface I'll start with my cycle
Weeks 1-12 Test E 600 a week
Weeks 4-10 tren ace 300-400 (first time with tren so I'm experimenting)
Then go back to cruise at 200 a week.
My body weight right now is 220 about 13% body fat and I sit at 5'11. I've been training and powerlifting for about 6 years now and lifting in total for about 8. I'm trying to lean bulk and get up to 235!
My diet is currently
Breakfast: 5 whole eggs, shredded cheese on top with some spinach leaves, 3 pieces of bacon and 1 cup oatmeal.
MEAL 2: 6oz cooked ground turkey, 1, 1.5 cups white rice( 1.5 on training days)
MEAL 3: 6 oz cooked ground turkey, 1,1.5 white rice
MEAL 4: 6 oz cooked chicken, 1,1.5 of white rice
MEAL 5: varies day to day but either fish or steak just depends on what I buy that week.
Preworkout: half cup of oatmeal or large banana
Post: 50g protein in 2% milk with a banana.
1 gallon plus of water a day.
Total of about 3500 Cals a day
Protein: 280g
Carbs:350g
Fats: 100g all three rough estimates
Any help or input is appreciated!
