Diet Blunders: fallin off the wagon

I just ate a whole bag of Nacho Cheesier Doritos. Last night I ate half a box of Pecan Sandies cookies at 5g of fat per COOKIE!! I'm not low carbing it right now, but still, I want to eat clean. Lately I have really been craving the carbs.
 
Dont feel bad bro, Im a little less then four weeks out and I've cheated three times in the last few days. Im down to 11% bf I think I still can hit 8-9% bf, just keep on rolling bro.
 
last night, my wife convinced me to walk to Quizno's because she said the steak I cooked was gross and at the moment it wasn't appealing to me either.
 
I had 6 pints of guinness, a giant bowl of pork green chili, a small baguette with olive oil, seasonings and parmesan cheese, a 10 oz steak, 2 pieces of Key Lime pie and 2 pieces of some kind of chocolate pie for dinner last night. :)

Incidentally, I've cracked the 280 mark and am on schedule to be even lighter than the 265lbs I had intended on being by my fight on May 21st. But I can't let that get to my head or I'll be struggling to make the 280 weight limit.

I was thinking about getting the recipe from my dad so's I could post it. It's pork, salsa verde, pablano pepper, a potato puree type thing and some other stuff. Really good stuff. He learned it at the Calphalon Culinary Institute or some such name.

Maybe I'll get the good ones this weekend. There's another dish that I call "bodybuilder's delight". LOL It's chicken breasts, potatoes, onions, lemon and maybe some other things all baked together. Add a gallon of milk and that's what I call the perfect bulking meal. Oh yeah, and of course you would eat a green, leafy vegetable, too. ;) Yeah right!
