diet advice

Hey guys im 6'3 225lbs i am 13% body fat, i am looking to bulk up and my diet is as follows:

1cup oats w/ 1cup skim milk
4 eggs
2 wholewheat toast

1 cup yogurt
1/4 strawberries

7oz chicken
1 cup brown rice
1cup brocolli

2 potatoes diced
7oz ground turkey

2 scoop shake

7oz steak
2cups brown rice
1cup brocolli

1 scoop casein shake

I am curious as to what needs tweaking in on my diet to achive such goals. I want to gain muscle mass not really concerned of the weight i end up just want the mass. Please respond kindly i appreciate your words.
 
If you're wanting mass your cals ain't near high enough. Skim milk? Make that shit whole. Fuck brown rice down more white rice. More carbs for bulk IMO

I did use white rice my first bulk up but heard that the brown rice is better as the calories and carbs betweent the two are pretty close to one another. I want to bulk up but clean bulk what would your tweaks to my diet be id appreciate some help. But as i said i want to do a clean bulk, i do want to mention ill be starting a 10 week test cyp, 8 week aswell 4 weeks dbol cycle coming September. I want to gain alot of mass so all advice is gladly appreciated.

My advice is still up carbs. White rice is my preference I can eat up to 3 cups a meal lol. The higher the carbs are the lower the protein needs to be. I'd keep protein at 1.5g per lb carbs at 2-3G per lb and fats at .4per lb for lean bulk.

Yeah i rather eat white rice aswell but whole wheat grains are better for bulking. 3 cups cooked or 3 cups dry haha cause 3 cups cooked i could do but shit if your eating 3 cups dry thats like 6 cups cooked. For fats what kind of stuff do you consume just peanuts avocados fish peanutbutter stuff like that?

Dude the brown rice won't be any different the glycimec index has NO effect on body composition. Eat the white rice if you like it more lol. For lean bulk id get your fats from pb meat and cheese. I get my fats from whatever fast food item I want :D

Haha this guy hey i wish i could eat fast food, hmm alright then i like it better but tbh franks on rice makes rice rice haha. Do you gave any advice for my othe rpost in cycle advice?
 
In reference to your cycle just make sure you have your estro in check! ESP since you're wanting a lean bulk. I like the cycle it's good and basic. Make sure not to hold your self back keeping it to lean though don't be afraid of the food

Ya i was thinking .5 armidex eod what would you suggest after the bulk ill look bigger then i am in the right side of my profile picture. I want to turn all that mass into hard muscle wpuld that cycle being followed up by say a test-eq with cut calories be a option. I want this to be my last cycle attempt in givig me that solid base to stay natural.
 
I have been struggling to lose weight for the longest time. It has been a difficult journey for me. Although my main reason is for me to look good, I also take into consideration my over- all being. My practitioner said that I should be losing 1-2 lbs only per week which I find rather slow. Are there some who have heard the same advice? Did it actually worked?
