Did insulin needle laws change recently in the USA?

I did not have a need yet this year until now (so I am not sure when things changed).
But now I went to MANY of the sites I had made multiple purchases from in the past and ALL of them refuse to sell without uploading a prescription.

As recently as a few months before the new year purchases were no problem at all.

What changed? Any work-around? Can I just google one and upload it or is that asking for trouble?

Yup, where once you could just go into most pharmacy and get them 10 to the bag or 100 to the box you now need a script. At least where I'm at.

It might be your particular state. IIRC, you are in a stricter state. If you Google your state followed by hypodermic syringe sale law, it'll give you the info.

I believe you might have more success with medlabsupply... They seem to be a little more liberal with their interpretation of the law... I don't think you'll need a prescription.

If that fails, they are pretty easily found on the dark net. Although, I'm not sure what prices are like... Didn't take any notice, was just amused when I came across them on there.

I remember when health clinick gave out free pins to stem the use of dirty shared needles. Aids, hepatitis. Now with pill mills drying up, heroine has taken over. Can't buy a syrange, but I can buy a crackpipe or meth pipe in many gas stations

Thanks for the google tip. Apparently my state allows a person (18+) to buy up to 10 syringes at a time, though it's at the discretion of the store selling them. So they can tell you to kick rocks if you don't have a script.

i've only found one such store and they're $1 each. Fine for the junkies that only need one of two. i'll stick with buying mine off the internet.

Definitely a state by state thing, where I’m at it’s legal to sell needles/syringes without a prescription, they’re like $0.30-0.50 each. You can even go to a needle exchange, don’t need to actually give them used needles to get new ones which is why the junkies toss their used needles on the streets. Still prefer online tho.

I used to buy on amazon a box of 100 for $11 or $12. Now they are $30 at LEAST. Damn man I'm so sad I didn't buy more
