Did I get Fake HGH?

When exactly do you intend to stop?

What indicator will you use to determine an end point to minimize your risk?
i planned to do 6 months at 6iu (which is the duration of the MSE expander that i have on, including stabilization phase) and in 5 months i will be 21yo too (probably over for bone gains, literature says that mandibole can growth until 21yo)
i'm 1 month in for now

If you actually stop at 6 months, it's likely ok (from an acromegaly perspective). At least at the lower end of the risk spectrum. You'd have to quit for a couple years to return to baseline.

The problem is rHGH has some unconventional addictive properties and there are few voluntary "ex users", which is why it's safer to assume continued use and minimize dose by using IGF-1 as a guide.

How it will take a couple of years for my IGF1 to return to 300ish μg/L?? I thought some weeks...

but If I take MK677 it will speed up the process tho

No, for the tissue overgrowth that acromegaly like IGF levels cause to revert to normal, like the intestines and heart.

It's not as if progression towards acromegaly is non existent then one day a few years down the road it happens like a switch flipping.

Oh ok even the nose will revert to normal after 2 years?
And for my igf1 level it will come back to baseline (350) after few weeks right? no need to take mk677 to boost it more (a kind of PCT)

No. Generally, softer tissue like skin, is first to experience overgrowth and first to recover, achieving near normal size if it hasn't been too long.

Cartilage changes more slowly and only partially reverts, if at all.

Bone growth is slowest, and never reverts. But the changes in bone begin almost immediately at the cellular level. Some of that can revert, though not fully. So if you stop, and restart too soon, it'll just pick up where it left off, and permanent changes to bone will occur faster than if rHGH hadn't been used before.

Nobody who's had this occur intends for it to happen, but it's slow and insidiously subtle, difficult to notice, and few are willing to stop rHGH, or if they do, don't stop for long.

my shoe size is nearly the same as it's been since age 15. With me moving up one size in my late 30s before I ever touched GH.

Can hands / feet be a good indicator of acromegaly starting to happen? Or would face or gut size increase happen first?

It's shoe and ring tightness that are the first indicators from what I've read. This is because both are affected by early soft tissue changes, then cartilage, and finally bone growth, so all 3 mechanisms are promoting growth causing tightness in a objective way that can't be ignored (unlike changes to "looks" which because occurs so slowly, is missed for years, even by family).

I should point out that I'm also talking about "overgrowth" from high doses / IGF, not simply using rHGH for a long time. If you don't stray too far above the max for your age, the growth rHGH promotes doesn't outpace the counterforces that keep you from increasing in size once in adulthood.

In other words, keeping the of IGF mediated rate of growth within the "mostly normal but somewhat high" range makes it have a renewing effect, replacing existing tissue, not adding more than you originally had, which is a problem.

Being pretty is what occupies these boys' heads the most.

Imagine being a 20y old male and being more obsessed with being pretty yourself, than how to get swole and bang the prettiest girl in/on the gym/school/campus.

What has this world come to?
real looksmaxxing aint about being pretty, its about being taller and more masculine than other dudes while still having good health indicators so you can "mog" them

Inverse theoretical question. What if you're old, say 60+, broken and you want overgrowth of everything.. cartilage, facial skin, etc. in an attempt to heal all injuries, restore gut health, etc.

Should said user just overdose it or stick to lose doses?
