Did anyone catch the thread the other day about ingesting 3 cups of sunflower oil a day. what a fucking lunatic. One cup of sunflower oil has 240 grams of fat. that is equivalent to about 6 big macs. About 1600 calories of pure fat. Than mean he is ingesting the equivalent of 18 big macs a day. We should put him in a death pool and bet on when he is going to die.

I think he's full of crap either for 1) actually using 3 cups of oil, or 2) gaining 25 pounds of "rock solid muscle in 2 weeks."

Taking that much oil would make most anyone crap their brains out for at least a good day or two. There would be a health difference between sunflower oil and the big macs, but I wouldnt advise anyone to ingest that much oil or that many big macs.
