Please don’t act like this is an exceptional situation. As I said, I’ve ordered from you four times, and every single time there were huge delays and sketchy situations whenever the order was shipped, whether the order was made in Europe or in the US. The last time it was “bank issues.” Your service is poor and honestly the worst. I simply want to leave an honest review so people on this forum can be aware and cautious when dealing with your company. This was the last time I order from you — you won’t get me again with your lies.
Besides that, I’m now looking for a reliable supplier of Astera Labs products who can ship to the US. If anyone knows a trustworthy seller, please let me know, as I’m already two months late on my cycle.
