I usually eat sugar free popsicles (I am addicted) Greek yogurt on occasions, and sometimes rice with milk and a dab of honey in it...Went to costco today and stocked up on food, I also bought a lot of sugar free jello...

Soooooo, I got bored and decided to make orange jello with two scoops of whey protein, smells and so far tastes like an orange creamsicle...I will report back later on the end results [emoji12][emoji12][emoji12][emoji12][emoji12]
 
Vanilla, it's all I buy, that way I can add just about anything....Chocolate protein just tastes horrible to me, although I am not much of a chocolate person anyhow [emoji13][emoji13][emoji13]
 
My favorite desert ever body builder or not is as follows. I take a heaping scoop of chocolate whey protein( I use muscle milk since its lactose free as I have terrible lactose intolerance) cup and a half of light vanilla almond milk, half a cup peanut butter, and three ice cubes toss em in my vitamix and blend. Sooooo fuckin good
 
mmm can't seem to get enough Chobani yogurt, especially the flavors that have oats mixed in...those things are GOOOOOD!
