Daily injections recommendations and discussion

What is everyone doing for best practices of daily injections?

Daily injections of test starting next month and I would love suggestions or just discuss what works with everyone. Here's my dilemma

I don't want to poke the rubber stopper of a test vial 100+ times as I hear that causes loss of functionality. Research shows vial spikes degrade in the product so that's no good either( Unless the oil level remains under the spike?). Backfilling a weeks worth of slins seems like my current lean to but that also opens a door with loss of sterility. Another option i considered is a luer lock to draw a weeks worth into a single barrel and then switching a new needle on daily.

These injections will be SubQ if that matters. Appreciate all responses and feedback!

As you asked, all of these options are viable.

During a cruise, I personally pre load 27g ½" pins with the required daily dose. Yes, it can be a bit annoying at times, but I always check myself, and honestly, what else would I be doing? Probably watching the devil box and vegetating. Everyone will approach this differently; this is simply what works best for me and many others.

A buddy of mine loads a few 3 mL barrels and swaps out the luer lock pins. He cruises at an average of 500 mg per week. Personally, this feels risky to me. While the pin does break the tissue and is technically the tip of the spear, it also raises the question of backflow...could biological material potentially enter the barrel? In my view, yes.

That said, he’s never had an issue. His argument is that the immune system can handle the infection risk from a tiny pinprick, and to be fair, that likely varies person to person.

While cycling, I inject 2 or 3 times per week, depending on the compounds and esters.

That seems to be my only downside for that option, I'm curious if simply adding alittle extra oil to be able to purge out after every injection before switching tips would be sufficient.

Are those pre loads done backfilled or just draw and pin each one? I agree on your last part 100% I have spare time throughout the week I don't mind it.

I warm up the oil slightly and it's no problem for me with 27's I draw each.

Back filling exposed everything to airborne contaminates and is a hassle once replacing the plunger with oil purging. Again my opinion.

I won't speak to the purging of larger barrels. It still seems like unnecessary risk. However I will say I've come across in reading where some wanted to use injection pens loaded and attempt T via this method. I don't recall if it worked. Insulin injector pens.

I draw with an 18g whale harpoon and inject deep IM with 25g. I usually unscrew the luer lock on the 25g and squirt the measured oils into the barrel that way. Smaller amounts I’ll draw with 5/8” 30g slin that’s got easier graduations to read in the smaller barrel, then either squirt it through the luer or shallow IM in the delts.

The 18g is awesome for drawing but yeah it pokes a pretty good hole in the top. I had thought about leaving the luer lock needle in the stopper with an empty barrel & plunger, and swapping in a fresh barrel every use. Never did it though, seems like too much trouble since I go thru them fast enough I’m not worried about contamination.
